Michael Myers was shot by Dr. Sam Loomis and fall out of the window from the second floor, but his body disappeared. Laurie Strode was sent to the Haddonfield Hospital, where she tries to find out who was trying to kill her. Meantime the police tries to find the killer and cause the crash accident, which leads to the death of the killer. But they soon find out, that they killed the young man, who was wearing the same mask as Michael Myers. And the real killer goes to the hospital for Laurie. While he is killing everyone who has left there, including doctors, nurses, etc, Dr. Loomis finds out that Laurie Strode is Michael's another sister...
Майкл Майерс был застрелен доктором Сэмом Лумисом и вывалился в окно со второго этажа, но его тело исчезло. Лои Строуд была напрвлена в госпиталь Хэддонфилда, где она пытается выяснить кто пытался убить её. Тем временем полция пытается найти убийцу и становится причиной аварии, в которой погибает убийца. Но вскоре они понимают, что это был просто юноша, одевший ту же маску, что и Майкл Майерс. А настоящий убийца направляется в госпиталь за Лори. Пока он убивает всех, кто там остался, в том числе докторов, медсестёр и так далее, доктор Лумис выясняет, что Лори - ещё одна сестра Майкла...
