Michael Myers survived after all of this police shots with the help of a poor old man and fall in coma againg. 1 year after he woke up, killed the man and returned to Haddonfield. Meantime Jamie Looyd, killer's 9-year-old niece, lives in Haddonfield's Children's Hospital after her attack at her foster mother last year. She never spoke a word since that, but now she has a mind-link to Michael Myers. Michael starts new blood bath with the killing of Jamie's step-sister Rachel and follows her friend Tina at the Halloween farm-party. Dr. Loomis tries to get Michael into the Myers old house using Jamie, but unexpected help comes to the killer from a mysterious 'Man in Black', who has the same symbol on the hand as Michael.

Майкл Майерс выжил после выстрелов полиции с помощью нищего старика и вновь впал в кому. Год спустя он очнулся, убил старика и вернулся в Хэддонфилд. Доктор Лумис пытается заманить Майкла в старый дом Майерсов используя Джеми, но убийце приходит неожиданная помощь в лице таинственного "Человека в Чёрном", у которого на руке находится точно такой же символ, как и у Майкла.
